Skill Struck, Inc. does not send unsolicited bulk email or other unsolicited messages advertising Skill Struck or skillstruck.com, and does not allow anyone to send them on its behalf.

• We email school and district staff who use Skill Struck about their accounts and our services, people who ask us for information, and people who sign up for our newsletters or events.
• We do not buy, rent or harvest email lists.
• Every marketing email identifies Skill Struck, includes our postal address and has a working unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and permanently.
• We send bulk email through providers that enforce anti-spam rules, and we monitor bounces and complaints.
• Employees, contractors, partners and resellers may not advertise Skill Struck or skillstruck.com in unsolicited messages. Doing so is grounds for ending their work with us.
