The micro:bit Robotics Track

Course Summary
Students will develop their robot programming skills using block coding with the micro:bit. Students will build on their skills and learn to program various sensors, including temperature, light, touch, and sounds. They will also show LED displays and create loops to control the micro:bit. A physical micro:bit can be used but is not necessary to have, as a simulated version is embedded in lessons. This course includes an assessment, which you can assign to students from the Manage Assessments page. It is not automatically assigned when you assign the course.

Course Project
In this course, students will complete the following projects: Favorite Animal, Flashing Heart, School Colors - and many others! These activities will help students develop an understanding of various computer science concepts and the different ways to program a micro:bit.
